# Portable continuity receipt gate

Cold run (Python 3, no dependencies):

The gate accepts only the allowlisted contract, requires non-empty provenance (and rejects `INHERITED`), requires contiguous evidence IDs, and checks the expected head. It is fixture-level evidence; it does not prove adoption or a live owner's endpoint integration.
